This is a great recipe because it can be made for a little more than pocket-change per serving; it's easy; it's HEALTHY; it's great year-round; and, enjoyed by kids and adults alike! The recipe shown to the right is pretty simple. If you want to get all crazy with your veggies, you could try alternative seasonings. Rosemary is good on these chips and would be a nice complement to baked chicken. Garlic salt is also good. You could sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on (that pretty much negates the health-food factor, btw) And, if you're brave, dust these chips with cayenne for a little kick.
And, that's all I have to say about that. Let me know if you happen to try this recipe; if you love it; and, what variations you have. It does not disappoint, people! :)
